This class encourages awareness of what makes you feel alive! Together, we will energetically engage your intuitive wisdom through breath, movement with cardio bursts, strength, and sound. Get ready to dive into the present moment so that you’ll come away feeling stronger and genuinely connected to your authentic self.

This is NOT a traditional yoga class. It is a workout class with loud music. Regardless of where you’re at on your physical journey, let’s play! You can wear yoga clothes with bare feet or a sports bra; athletic wear and shoes are a great option if you plan to participate in high-impact offerings. Modifications will be provided for all experience levels and abilities.

This slow-flow yoga class will build awareness around what makes you feel connected and alive in your body—an opportunity to engage your intuitive wisdom through breath, movement, and deep inquiry. We will play with balance, strength, intentional breath work, and modifications for individuals at any fitness level.
