Slow Flow Yoga
This slow-flow yoga class will build awareness around what makes you feel connected and alive in your body—an opportunity to engage your intuitive wisdom through breath, movement, and deep inquiry. We will play with balance, strength, intentional breath work, and modifications for individuals at any fitness level.
Sarah sets all of her classes to music that is current and appropriate in pace and expressive melody. For her, music is the common thread, the sutra that connects the different elements of the class. If you’re looking for an accessible, heat building practice that is set to fun and inspiring music this is the class for you!
Buti Yoga is a tribe of empowered women who support each other in their quest for health and happiness. The movement methodology is drawn from primal movement, tribal dance and ancient yoga techniques to awaken the Shakti energy and free the mind.

This class will energetically engage your intuitive wisdom through breath & movement. Get ready to dive into the present moment and dig deeper. If you’re coming to class to sweat and stretch, great! But, we promise you’ll come away feeling more genuinely connected to your authentic self. This is a vinyasa based class and the room will be heated at 85-90.
Who Needs Coffee Prana Flow
Wake up and flow with a kick that will last longer than your cup of coffee. Start your morning juicy in this strength based class focussing on form and alignment, as well as connection to Yoga’s deeper levels. Appropriate for those with some yoga experience.
